Registration is a two-step process

You can donate during your regular workday, if your time is approved by your supervisor. Registration is a two-step process. For the #SMSCgives Blood Drive, you must first request an hour of Outreach time off through eTime by visiting portal.adp.com or the time clocks and then sign up for that time slot to donate blood.

REGISTRATION STEP 1

• Go into eTime at portal.adp.com
• Click on “Request Time Off”, as you would for PTO.
• In the Pay Code dropdown menu, select “Outreach.” Each team member/employee is eligible to use up to 16 hours of Outreach time per year for #SMSCgives.
• Select the Start and End Date.
• Enter the start time (you can find available Blood Drive time slots at mbcherohub.club/ by clicking on “Locate Blood Drive” and entering the sponsor code 3553) and length of one hour and click “Submit.”
• After you receive approval for the hour from your supervisor, you can move on to REGISTRATION STEP 2.
• If you don’t receive approval for that particular time, look for a different time slot and request that time in eTime.

REGISTRATION STEP 2

To sign up for a time slot, visit Memorial Blood Centers at www.mbcherohub.club/. Once at the website, click on “Locate a Blood Drive,” then enter the sponsor code 3553 to sign up for the blood drive. You can also sign up by calling the Benefits Helpline 952-496-7314 (ext. 67314) or e-mailing the Benefits department at benefit@mysticlake.com.

Please consider giving if you are able.  Each presenting donor can come to the HR Window and receive a reFresh Bar coupon and you will also be placed into a Memorial Blood Centers drawing for Vikings and Gopher football tickets!!   

All blood types are needed, especially TYPE O.
