Occurring three times a month on a rotating basis, Core Pop-Ups involve preventative health checks including blood pressure, glucose (blood sugar), and injury prevention exercises and stretches. Core Pop-Ups will take place in the Quiet Space (located across from the Mystic HR Training Room) from 7-9am, 11am-1pm, and 3:30-5:30pm.
Supplies to create a gratitude journal to keep. We'll also have mental health info and resources.
