Healthy, fresh, fully assembled meals for families on the go!

Simply sign up online, pay $25, and pick up your meal at the following times and locations:

Playworks (Front Desk)
2200 Trail of Dreams,
Prior Lake, MN 55372

Community Center (Tipi)
2330 Sioux Trail NW
Prior Lake, MN 55372

All meals available for pickup between 4:30-5:15pm

$25/meal

Please SIGN-UP by the Wednesday before the pick up.

Each meal feeds a family of four and features all-natural ingredients.

ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Participants must provide 24-hour notice in the event of meal cancellation and will be reimbursed accordingly. Participants are responsible for picking up meals during designated times and locations. SMSC Health and Wellness is not responsible for refunding meals that are not picked up.
